Equipment
Our
fabrication
equipment
is
state-of-the-art.
We
have
recently
added
a Bystar 4020 5200 Laser in addition to our current Whitney PlateLaser
6000.
These lasers will
cut
carbon
steel
from
16ga.
to
1" on the Bystar and up to 1 1/4" on the Whitney. They will cut stainless
from
16ga. up to 3/4" on Bystar and up to 1" on the Whitney. Finally they will both cut aluminum
from
16ga.
to
1/2".
The
maximum
plate
size
is
80"
x
160" for both lasers.
In
addition,
we
have
three
Whitney
3700
fabrication
centers
each
capable
of
punching
and
plasma
cutting
component
parts.
For
parts
too
large
for
our
Whitney
3700's,
we
have
a
CNC
ESAB
high
definition
plasma
cutting
table
with
164"
x
485"
maximum
plate
size.
Forming
is
accomplished
with
CNC
back
gauge
equipped
press
brakes
from
200
to
750
tons.
We
have
three
Hurco
CNC
vertical
machining
centers
for
drilling,
milling
and
tapping.
We
also
have
plate
shears,
rolls,
vertical
miter
capable
saws,
angle
rolls,
and
a
host
of
other
fabrication
and
welding
equipment.
